Scope and Applicability

The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data of individuals in India. While India Science Innovators does not collect personal data through user registration or accounts, we may automatically collect limited data such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns via analytics tools and cookies for website functionality and performance improvement. This data is processed solely for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the DPDP Act.

Response Timeframes

Under the DPDP Act, we are required to respond to data subject requests within 30 days. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by an additional 15 days, provided we notify you of the delay and reason.

We will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service to you because you exercised your rights under the DPDP Act.
